I offer Basic Boxing/Self-defense classes for adults and youth.
*The first class will be an assessment, and completing all legal forms. We will conclude with basic stretching.
* The next classes will include conditioning and strength training, instruction on boxing form and footwork.
I offer sports specific strength and conditioning classes to adults and youth.
* Stretching, flexibility
* Strength (weights, bands, bodyweight training)
* Conditioning (cardio, work stations jogging, calisthenics)
I provide group boot-camp's for up tp 20 adults or 20 youth ages 12-17, or 10 children ages 8-11 with parent, and 10 children ages 5-7 with parent.
Boot-camp consist of: Stretching, warm up, numerous exercises. With the younger groups there will be games and other drills to teach movement and instill competition, sportsmanship, and work ethic.
